You can easily walk into the city center: 8 minutes to Gärtnerplatz, then another 5 minutes to the Viktualienmarkt. The tram station Maria Hilfstraße is 100 meters and the 52-bus towards the city is also just 50 meters (Schweigerstraße) away. Outside the door you will find the Mariahilfplatz, where 3-times a year the Auer Dult occurs. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, Tengelmann is just infront of your house. All who want it right lively, just go over to Gärtnerplatz, where bars and pubs are one after the other. The parking situation is quite well but cost 6 € on weekdays, if you are not a resident with an parking identification. If you don’t need your car for a longer time, you may park your car infront of the house of the landlord in Harlaching for free. |
